Missed 2 payments in the same month (handset fee + plan charges) due to a admin issue on my side.
Credit Report coming back with 2 missed payments although I am a valued customer for multiple years.
This is preventing me from buying a house at the moment. Can the CreditFilesReferral@o2.com do anything to remove that blemish from my score?

Ok has anyone had much success. Or a direct number to speak to someone. I was instructed to send an email. I did so, but I haven't heard anything back from them.

Honest answer is No.
If it was a justifiable default (which by your own admission it was) they won't remove it.
