I placed an order for a pay monthly ipad pro last Thursday. I have been given a 'we have received your order email' but have had no other correspondence is this an acceptance of my order? I have also seen that the ipad is also now available for next day delivery and I have not been told mine has shipped. Please can someone give me any advice I can't get through to anyone on the phone lines to even have confirmation my order has gone through.

Thank you I really appreciate your reply to my post but if I go onto the o2 website now it says I could order the I pad for next day delivery today? If this is the case how can my order not have gone through because they are out of stock.

O2 don't have a live stock system. It always states in stock
