I had arranged for my phone to call for abroad. Whilst visiting Canada I received some local calls not exceeding 1 min. each and totalling less than 5 times. I have been charged on the basis of having foreign bolt on which is £5 a day totalling £25. It seems that the Bolt on service is added without my knowledge and I contend that I should not have a charge of more than £4-£6. My wife who has a Pay as you Go instead of Monthly Pay is charged 99p a call which is considerably less than the charge of £25 levied against me. I have been trying to contact O2 for the last 2 days but they are always busy, even on line. The service is very poor. How can I have restitution on the money charged?
