Full Signal Cant Make Calls

Anonymous

Hi

I have a problem with reception on my phone.

I have a HTC One X and recently I cannot make or recieve any calls or text from my office. 3G is turned off and I have full signal.

Everything was working fine two weeks ago and all a sudden it stopped.

There are three other people in my office on O2 with iPhones with the same problem.

When I move to another area everything works fine. Now this is a big issue as I have missed important phone calls.

According to O2s signal checker everything is fine in the area.

Please can some help, I really do not want to leave O2, but fear I might have to.

Thank you.

Ka,

You need to make O2 aware of this issue, if other O2 customers in your office are experiencing the same problem it's clearly nothing to do with your handset/s - if you have the My O2 app on your phone (when you're away from work, obviously) click the More from O2 button (bottom right) click contact us, then chat now and tell them the post code you're experiencing the problem in.

if its only in your office, possibly a mast near your workplace is not working & o2 may not be aware of it. beware that that cant be grounds to cancel your contract though

If you are connected to your wifi at work, you can download the tu go app & use it to make calls that way
