oh i understand that they need to work on the network, what the huge puzzle is , is that they already did the upgrade 5 months ago to fix these issues which left everyone with no network for a week, now they are doing it again. Same excuse , same mas...

community group it maybe but the site is owned by o2 therefore they need to read it . At present o2 are not answering phones, web chat is down, call back is the 12th and we have no network coverage .
