Purchased a new Samsung from O2 with an esim. worst thing I did.

Purchased two new phones from O2. With esims. Thought it would be easier to set up, how wrong I was. Transferred all the data etc, but I cannot seem to activate the esim. My phone says .. no sim no service? Can't find where to activate it
