For the past 2 years since 02 took over virgin I have not been able to use my data abroad .I have live chatted whilst abroad with 02 and even had my bill doubled as said it was my previous phone plan that was the problem but that was a load of rubbis...

I have not been able to use ny phone data abroad since the switch from virgin to 02 on my I phone for number .I have tried everything and am tired of constantly contacting live support whilst on holidays .I read on a forum it could be something to do...
