I need to change my plan but I can’t log in to my account to stop it,
and I log in online it can log in but show that I have no plan for this
account and then It still keep taking my money.
That is why I am confused, I can’t log in to my app but I can log in on
web, it don let me log in to the app. But when I can log in to my
account it said no plan, but the things is it keep taking payment
