I need to change my plan but I can’t log in to my account to stop it, and I log in online it can log in but show that I have no plan for this account and then It still keep taking my money.

This isnt customer services, and what you have said makes nosense as you say you cant login, but when you log in it shows no plan...

That is why I am confused, I can’t log in to my app but I can log in on web, it don let me log in to the app. But when I can log in to my account it said no plan, but the things is it keep taking payment monthly l.
