where is the menu to transfer in my old number?

where is the menu? its not where you sauy it is, this does not exist, it just loops you around and around, wasting time. Someone needs firing.

after reading all this about 02 im now tempted NOT to use , them and migrate my old number in, I think I will try someone else. This forum has convinced me, o2 dont give a S... to resolve this issue. BYE o2...
