Thought of posting a quick update here. I didn’t have to wait long. O2 fixed the issue overnight. For me it took less than 48hrs post porting confirmation email. @MI5 / @Oxonian - thanks again for your help.

Thanks @MI5 for your response. I had already tried all those steps but with no luck. Possibly got to wait or pop over to O2 store.
