I used that service before, it was very handy and the support team was much more useful than all the poor guides are on the O2 website. What happened to that service? How do I request a live chat? Are people not paid enough to support their customers...

I just want a cheaper offer. I don't use the service I'm paying for and therefore I'm after something cheaper.
