im unable to pay my bill as it says direct debit info is not valid. How can I update my direct debit to start paying?

Unfortunately the my02 app hits me with an error and I can't log in. Tried the phone number and couldn't get through multiple times and tried virtual chat which was a waste of time. Ideally I need someone from O2 to contact me
