Hi Im looking at buying the new iphone 14 pro max but im happy with my current sim only plan. I was wondering can i just put my old sim in the new phone when i get it without having to talk to over the phone as you would with a normal upgrade

I believe the e sim is only in the us

Also as a follow up question. Will the old phone be disconnected from O2 when i put the sim in my new phone or do i need to call O2 about that?
