Hi,I’ve just upgraded one of my contracts (I have two) and as I’m a part time post-grad student I have UNiDAYS.It’s working fine and was set up fine on my first contract but won’t activate on this one.I also don’t have a SIM for that contract either ...

The message I get is ‘sorry we didn’t get that, check your keyword and try again’

Hi,I’ve tried all of these steps (thank you though)The text service doesn’t recognise the code - so I’m stuck. UNiDAYS say to contact o2, but I can’t even get through to get a new SIM for the new contract either. Difficult times.
