I tried it but there was a long queue and I got disconnected automatically.In the end, I managed (finally) to find the live chat link which was quite tricky to find, and able to solve it through there.

Hey yes, the first solution worked I re-inserted my old sim and noticed it doesn't work anymore and when I inserted my new one, it's working (I can make calls and use cellular data). Thanks!
