I can’t top up. Tried the website and the 4444 number and my wife’s card
and checked my bank is ok. I’m stuck. Had o2 on a chat session that just
bombed out.
I’ve tried a number of these ways all ending with failure. I need to
speak to a human who can resolve my problem or move to another network.
Am not able to leave the house right now.
