Hi one of the devices on my account has been confiscated by police to
help an investigation. The phone has not been used since April can i get
the airtime bill stopped until it is back in use?
Police have not been helpful at all . Have said that they can keep the
handset and sim until end of investigation which could be months! It
seems unfair to be paying a monthly airtime fee and using no air time ..
So frustrating
