I have been trying to claim my Promotional Gifts since March. They are
now telling me that they Promotional Gifts were not on when I upgraded
I have all the conversations from all the chats I had with O2 but
still not getting anywhere.
I have been waiting since February for my promotional gifts. I have
contacted o2 a number of times but keep getting fobbed off. Has anybody
else had this problem ?
