My phone has 2 sim cards and O2 is being used for calls only. All the data usage is set to my primary sim card (O2 is secondary). And yet O2 keeps sending me "you've been charged by £2 for today's data usage". And obviously there is no one available ...
Hi, I'm trying to to up my Pay&Go from abroad. I have tried MyO2 web / MyO2 app top up, but it's asking for a credit card linked to a UK billing address. My credit card is from the UK, but my billing address is not, since I'm not in the UK at the mom...
For about 5 days I'm unable to connect O2 live chat. Cleaned the cache and history as suggeted, and still not available. Tried on different computers. Is that the case for everyone, or just me?
No mobile data access since Tuesday (18/12/2018). O2 service checker says a phone mast isn't working in the area (downtown London) for 3 days now. Is it really taking 3+ working days to repair a phone mast? Ridiculous. And O2 live chat isn't availabl...
