O2 keeps charging for data usage, while O2 data is switched off in phone

My phone has 2 sim cards and O2 is being used for calls only. All the data usage is set to my primary sim card (O2 is secondary). And yet O2 keeps sending me "you've been charged by £2 for today's data usage". And obviously there is no one available at customer services to resolve this issue.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).
