Part of my phone deal in Sept was galaxy pro buds for £1 on receipt of code via text message. After far too many live chats phone calls and false promises still not managed to get them.anyone else having this issue?

Got text (as promised) with code so I could go on My O2 order Samsung ear buds, only £2 special offer with phone purchase in September. Website wont accept code and keeps asking me to make a payment or set up DD?????? Frustrated doesnt quite cover it...
