Got text (as promised) with code so I could go on My O2 order Samsung ear buds, only £2 special offer with phone purchase in September.  Website wont accept code and keeps asking me to make a payment or set up DD?????? Frustrated doesnt quite cover it.  Spoke to advisor who assured me someone would get back to me, still waiting.............

Keep chasing O2 as unlikely you'll get a call back.

I have just replied to you on another thread. I'd be inclined to add the advice of @MI5 to my suggestions and make it a four-pronged attack.
