I sent my phone off 2 weeks ago and even though phone was delivered to them the next day....im yet to hear anything...Reading posts on here this seems to be common...just wondered if anyone has recieved the £150 extra for Samsung phone on top of what...

I keep receiving phone calls from this number. No voice mail. Some people online saying o2 upgrades? It's not due for 4 months others saying a scam and block...I don't owe o2 any money either bills all up to date
