Both my son-in-law and I have Nokia Lumia 620 Windows phones and when we get a notification from voicemail (901) we are asked for a pin number. We have dialled 901, used * and gone into the menu (4-4-2) selected "No Pin" and ended the call. BUT next ...

Thanks, but I have turned voicemail off & back on and reset voicemail through o2. Previous Nokia's havn't required a pin on ringback if set to no Pin.o2 says it's "a feature of the phone" Nokias say its the operators (o2) system.

Just tried that, it didn't work, but thanks for the suggestion. (I've also "reset" voicemail through O2)

It's "ringback" that requires a pin number. I don't need a pin for anything else. In the settings menu for voicemail you have the option on "ringback" for a pin or no pin. I set no pin but it still asks for a pin.

Sorry, I don't understand. It only incorrectly asks for pin number when voicemail rings my phone - ("ringback" as opposed to by text.) If you know how to fix it can I have a bit more info. Thanks
