Sim card damaged and i want to pay for my plan which was due couple of days but couldn’t

Sim card damaged and I would like to pay for my plan but I can’t since it requests a code and I am currently not in the UK. Once I insert the sim card in the slot it says no service so i reckon it is damaged as I tried with other phones
