updating from iPhone 11 with IOS14 to iPhone 15 with esim

Hi, I have bought an iPhone 15 for my daughter. Her current iPhone 11 is still running ios14 as she has no space to update!! What is the best way to transfer all her data to her new phone please? Cheers
