Hi Yarecco, This is what I did to login to the app "My Network" - I hope
it helps! 1. You must have registered an email address with the app.
This can be done when you first install the app on your mobile or by

Thanks to everyone who replied to this post. The issue I had was trying
to update settings in the “My Network” app. The app uses a separate
portal (not MyO2) where you can change contact email addresses. The
portal can be found at status.o2.co.uk
