I would like to cancel my O2 account with Virgin Media, I have started
the process with Virgin Media, they told me to cancel with O2 as well. I
thought it was in the same contract..

Broadband, Volt. I have never used the sim card actually, I didn't even
know my number. How can I cancel it? Is there a Live Chat to do that as
all the other companies have?
