Hi...I can't access my 02 Extra & I can't get through to customer service for over a week now!!? Anyone else having issues? Getting fed up now!

When I click on my Extras there is no 'manage my extras' box to click on? I can't access my Disney+ & when I try to log in it asks me to renew subscription? The extra is showing on my account,can't get through to any customer service either!!
