I have been moved from Virgin Mobile to O2. Generally happy, but both my
phones will not display incoming numbers - just being shown as unknown
number. Is this a known problem and how can it be fixed? Thanks.
My local O2 shop recommended not to attempt getting the extra 20% as
both my SIMs have a (very nice!) large discount following the move from
Virgin to O2 - they were worried on my behalf that the 20% discount
could negate what I already have.
Thanks for the prompt responses. Visited a very helpful O2 shop in
Aylesbury, they replaced the SIM cards and CLI immediately burst into
life. Perhaps this experience could help others. transferring from
Virgin to O2.
