I had a delivery go to the wrong address. My fault, I've moved and it went to my old address. Maybe a simple 'confirm current address' at point of order would be sensible. I've spoken to three people at O2 who really couldn't have been more helpful. ...
DPD say they have delivered my o2 phone. It hasn't come to me and the photo isn't my house. How do I contact DPD or o2?
