Well that was painful.I was first told that o2 did not send me the
email!After insisting that I was sure it was genuine and that I was
fully aware of the changes to terms and conditions I was told that it
was system generated and to ignore it as I do...
Just got the email today but it only mentions data and watch plans which
I don't have? However it does say I will be moved to the new pay monthly
terms and conditions.I'm a bit baffled, have they just messed up the
email?
