I am in the same position. Twice I've been lied to. Is there anybody

Would you be able to help me too please?I've had no luck getting any
information from customer services. O2 said it was a Samsung issue,
Samsung said it was an O2 issue. It's way past 30 days and I have not
received a code yet. Thanks
