My data was renewed today but it’s not showing my data. I get 5gb a month which is doubled 10gb for being with virgin media but can’t get any data
Still waiting for sim card

Started conversation 3 hrs ago still no reply. Still waiting for SIM card from Wednesday. Royal Mail does not have tracking code. O2 app still says being processed… ( not yet on its way) I’ve been billed…appalling
