So I gave customer services another attempt & they are sending me out a
new post pay 5G esim which should solve the issues with connecting my AW

Hi, sorry but yet another customer with the Error 14 when trying to
activate an AW. Spoke with customer services who were unable to help.
Wi-Fi calling & Privacy/Motion & Fitness settings all checked. Please
help !!!
