When I attempt to accept a call it is rejected.When I try to call my speaker icon goes dull and I am unable to connect the call.iPhone 7 user

Thank youChecked sim.. was ok.Apple ran some tests and said to bring phone into shop for further tests.Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
