Just tried your suggestion, exactly the same thing, sends me to the VM
site to log in then the VM site sends me back to my o2 to check
eligibilty and i get this message. Would you like your plan supercharged

Both my o2 and virgin media accounts are in my name and yet I am getting
sent around in a loop, it sends me to the o2 site to log in, then sends
me back to the vm site to log in, anybody know how to sort this.
