tariff am I able to upgrade to a new phone tariff if I need to during

Great thanks. My contract ran out I'm Jan 23 so I wanted to go to a 24
month sim only until I need a new phone. So as long as I can upgrade to
a phone plan during that time that's all I need. Thanks.
