Hi my s9 is broken it has overheated i cannot turn the phone off therefore it is using all my data allowance will this stop once my phone has run out of battery? Cannot get through to o2 or samsung.

HiMy samsung s9 is broken unresponsive i cannot contact o2 it is 13 months old how do i send it back? O2 are not answering calls and no live chat.
