And now the O2 community is trying to disconnect me and asking me to log
in using the details to log in to O2!! And my now disconnected phone
number!!
Also all my two factor authentication now doesn’t work as can’t receive
sms. Thanks, soon wont be able to do banking and can’t access anything
that uses it like crypto apps.
Also they don’t allow you to reply to their emails or texts, the in app
chat didn’t work for all of this period and because they barred outgoing
calls I couldn’t ring.
Same happened to me after a massive data charge of £200 for 100mb in
bahrain when i turned my phone on and connected to wifi and then the
wifi dropped out. I paid £176 of £276 bill and was about to pay the
balance today and literally cut me off today...
