Thanks, I eventually got the code after about 4-5mths trying and FB
messaging o2 about it! Their customer service is awful! The buds arrived
last week!
To remove a free extra, when the free period is up.Log into your Myo2
account.Click on 'myo2' tab at the top. In 'services,' click on
'extras.'Click 'active' tab.remove the extra by clicking on 'remove this
extra' and confirm.
I upgraded my contract in early October, and the ear bud offer was still
available. It's over 30 days since the upgrade but I've still not
received the code?
