Thanks... but that presumes you have access to another phone. What if
you don't? It seems ludicrous that there is no live chat option through
MyO2 / no option to request it through the MyO2 portal or even by email!
Is there any way of requesting a PAC code without texting? Phone is just
out of its contract but had a slight water incident and can't turn it
on! Thought there would be an option in My O2 somewhere?
