@SuperMario I went back to o2 store today and they spoke to fraud team who can see the issue and say they will unblock tomorrow. I was told it’s better to talk to them than customer services as they have access to the tools to lift the block.

@SuperMario the samething has happened to me - looks like on the same day. I still have no service despite spending half of Friday in o2 store. Have you had any luck getting it sorted?

That’s a shame. Thanks for letting me know @MI5 - back to the drawing board. Feels like I’m running out of options to get this fixed.
