I arrived in australia but altho my phone connects to a local network I
cannot make calls and all attempts say "The number you have called is
not connected"
Contract. The problem resolved spontaneously after several hours. Why
does that happen. It is v inconvenient as I needed immediate phone
access on arrival for vital calls.
