Hey, everybody 👋

After a couple of months as Community Manager, I've noticed one of the biggest trends we see from members, are questions on how to redeem their Gift With Purchase after a recent order.

In order to try and resolve these queries directly from The Community, this is going to be a complete MegaGuide with all the steps and information needed to successfully redeem your gift.

This MegaGuide, will be updated each time a new device is released with a Gift With Purchase promotion.

Apple Watch Series 9 and claim  Apple AirPods 2nd Gen for £1

• The £1 Airpods will NOT come with your Watch order and will need to be claimed.
• Your order will need to be placed between 4 April 2024 – 5th June 2024.
• To qualify for the offer, you must not change your device within the first 14 days.
• Eligible customers will receive an SMS containing a unique voucher code with a value of £128 after 30 days of purchase date.
• After the voucher code is received, add the Apple Airpods 2nd Gen to your basket on the O2 website by selecting pay in full option. Within the basket paste your unique voucher code into the ‘Got a promo code?’ section for discount to be applied.
• All voucher code expires on 7th August 2024.

Buy an Apple iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max and claim a pair of Beats Flex earphones for only £1.

• The earphones will NOT come with your iPhone order.
• Your order will need to be placed between 02 May 2024 and 05 June 2024.
• A unique voucher code will be sent via SMS within 30 days of purchase to claim the Beats Flex for £1
• You will need to add the Beats Flex to your basket here and then enter the code in the promo code box, for the discount to be added, you will then complete the purchase for £1.
• If the code is not accepted, please sign into your My O2 account and try again.

Claim up to £200 cashback on eligible devices

• The digital cashback will NOT come with your order.
• Your order will need to be placed between 5th June 2024 – 2nd July 2024.
• You must claim your cashback within 45 days of purchase HERE
• The window to claim closes on 16 August 2024.
• Participants will be sent an email to confirm their claim has been received and another email
  within seven days to confirm whether their claim has been successful.
• If this email is not received, you'll need to chase confirmation via samsungoffers.claims or on 0330236 64 within 7 days of a claim being submitted. 
• The Reward will be sent via bank transfer within 45 days of claim validation to the bank account provided.
