Can someone tell me why I cannot speak to or email a complaint, I have
been trying to transfer my old number from 3 but keep getting an email
saying that the information does not match. I need to speak to someone
to find out what information.
I have just joined from 3 and requested to keep my number using my PAC
but this has not happened, I completed the form before 5 can anyone tell
me if there is a delay?
