Urgent - Unable to make calls on new device

I upgraded to iphone 12 after 24 month contract.

I am unable to make any calls and no data has been available.

Also unable to phone 202 obviously as my phone isn't working and it's impossible to try and find anyone to speak to on this site.

Need tech support to contact me via email or chat asap.

Hi @Pajo

You can use your old sim or do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Try those first before contacting O2.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum. 👍

I upgraded to 5G sim so no point in swapping back to 4G.

Would be great if O2 would actually connect.

Fair enough about 5G. However, O2 don't need to connect @Pajo. You need to do a sim swap as I said in my first post. Your old sim will lose service after you follow the procedure and your new sim, with your old number will start to work when you keep rebooting the phone.
