Upgrade no service

Have been trying to call since Xmas day and no one is available at customer services , I received my upgrade and the sim is no service I was told to call as when they upgraded I had to go through security and they upgraded me a different way as I had no accesss to my old sim or handset can you help please

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
