Unfortunately lost my mobile and got a new sim from O2.
Txtd 20220 as advised on the card but txt will not go through.
phone receive any txts or calls. Contacted O2 and was told somebody will get in contact in30-40 minutes, now nearly24 hours and no calls.
Can anybody help?
